Returns: we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.
Condition: items must be sent back in their original packaging, with their tags. You can of course inspect and try on your item with care. Proof of purchase is required.
How to return: email us at contact@heroineaura.com with your order number, and wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Items sent back without our confirmation cannot be accepted.
Return shipping: if your item arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, we replace it, or refund you if you prefer, and the return is at our expense. If your item is not damaged and you simply wish to return it, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refunds: once we have received and approved your return, we refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. There is no restocking fee.
Cancellations: you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Just email us at contact@heroineaura.com.
